Established in 2007, Cina Travel staff has many years’ experience in the travel business.
At the beginning, there were only two persons. Gradually, the number of staff grew and now we are together 9 persons. There are three ticketing agents, two accounting staff, three messengers and one IT staff.
The work experience we had in this travel business since 1998 and the good relationship we developed with colleagues and clients have walked us this far. We believe competency in meeting the customers ‘needs and trust are the key factor to success.
Travel Business is very competitive. Some of travel agencies closed down after one or two years as they could not make profit. We are grateful to our clients for their words of mouth that play a great deal in promoting Cina Travel to have more and more customers.
Cina Travel is also unique in a way that we take social responsibility which could also attract customers. A portion of the profits from our services goes to help people in need in the community. Examples include “Working Group for Peace” an organization working for peace in South East Asia; Chey Prach Koma Orphanage, book distribution to poor rural students and food programmes for street people.
