Head Chef, Tim Squires, spent his first three years of cooking at acclaimed Gingerboy restaurant in Melbourne Australia. Followed by a scholarship at two Michelin starred Chateau Cordeillan Bages in Bordeaux France, and stints at the Tippling Club in Singapore, The Lake House in Daylesford Victoria Australia and sous chef at Jean Philippe Patruno’s Bomba Paella bar in Singapore.
Luna has been serving outstanding authentic Italian fare for several years now. The team in the kitchen specialize in home made pasta and our pizza is cooked to perfection in a traditional wood fired oven.
