The Terrace is a traditional Khmer wooden house, converted into a small stylish and character filled guesthouse in Phnom Penh . Built in the 1930s, The Terrace elegantly combines elements of traditional Cambodian wooden homes and French colonial art deco styling.
Our guesthouse comprises 8 recently renovated guestrooms. Those downstairs are modern, airy and light, surrounded by a plant-filled courtyard. Upstairs the rooms are in keeping with the ambience of the original wooden house. The Terrace is located near Tuol Sleng museum and the Russian Markets in an eclectic area where foreigners and locals live and mingle. Hop in a tuk-tuk or take a short walk to cafes, restaurants, pagodas and Phnom Penh’s many tourist attractions.
